For the people who love yarn, fleece and fibre arts.

Information for Vendors

It’s our 6th Annual! We’re excited to say that The Blue Hills Fibre Festival is currently accepting vendors for :

  • yarn and fleece, of course!
  • other types of fibre arts, including quilting
  • handmade/hand crafted products, including soaps, lotions, pottery, etc
  • baked goodies
  • honey
  • handmade jewelry
  • crafting notions such as stitch markers, buttons, etc

If you have not been a vendor prior to this year, please email us at before filling out the application. The PDF application is provided below. Complete the application and mail with your payment. If you pay via Paypal, you must still provide us with a copy of your application. Mailing information is below.

Types of Vendor Booths Available

We offer two types of spaces: inside the Community Hall, and outside the building on the grounds.

Inside Booth

8 x 10 space, which includes one table.

Cost: $40

* Please Note: We currently do not have any double spaces left.

Outside Booth

Those opting for outside must provide their own table, and may want to consider bringing a tent in case of inclement weather.

Cost: $20

*double sized spaces also may be available.


Date: Saturday June 9, 2018

Set up time: 8 am, ready by 9:45 am

Show time: 10 am to 4 pm

Tear down: 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
